Configure New York Email on a Mobile Device

Follow the steps below to setup Concordia College-New York email on your mobile device


  • ITS can disable mobile access at any time based on a security concern.
  • ITS strongly recommends password protecting your mobile device so college data is not compromised.
  • ITS reserves the right to erase the data on the device as it may contain College-owned data. This act may also delete personal data

iOS Device (iPhone/iPad)

You can access your email by configuring it in the Mail App using the Microsoft Exchange settings.

1. Go to the mail/contacts/calendar section in the device settings, and select the option to add an email account

2. Select Exchange as your email provider

3. Enter your email address (e.g. john.does@concordia-ny.edu), password, and optional description

4. Enter your Exchange account information as shown in the illustration below:

5. Press Next to complete the setup!


You can access your email by configuring your device using Microsoft Exchange/Active Sync settings.

Use the following settings when setting up your device:
Your email address (e.g. john.doe@concordia-ny.edu)
Your username (e.g. john.doe)
Your password
